Product Description

The Arduino Compatible Pro Micro is an Arduino Derivative that is similar in capabilities to the Arduino Leonardo, but in a much smaller form factor. This breadboard-friendly Arduino is perfect for prototyping or miniaturizing your Arduino-based project.

Single-Row header pins are included, but you must solder them on yourself.

This microcontroller is based around the ATmega32U4 and runs at 16MHz. Unlike the Arduino Nano, the Pro Micro does away with the FTDI RS232 converter chip in-favor of using the onboard USB transceiver built into the ATmega32U4. This simplification also helps keep the cost down.
The Pro Micro is programmed using the integrated USB-C jack. It has a total of 4 10-Bit ADC (analog) pins, 12 digital I/O pins (5 with PWM), Serial TX and RX pins and is code-compatible with most other Arduino boards.
