Are Packages shipped the same day?

In most cases YES they will be shipped out when placed before 1:30PM PST. We do try our best to expedite shipping anyway possible. There are times where we can make it happen even after these cut offs but not promised. You can always reach out and we will try to accommodate.

USPS Ground Advantage?

Its cheap and can be VERY slow and unpredictable. We DO NOT PROMISE DELIVERY TIMES with this shipping method. Its very hard to predict when dealing with the post office. The drivers change all the time and I would not recommend this shipping method to anyone who needs a product in a certain time. Shipping can take upto 14 business days to arrive even when it should take a day or two. There tends to be a higher rate of package loss and we cannot even open a claim until 4 weeks has passed from when it first shipped. Very frustrating for us and for customers who expect different. We want people to understand what this shipping method really is… its Cheap!

When Will my Package Arrive?

Our promise is to ship out your package the method you selected as safely and quickly as possible. We don’t always know for sure so we will never promise an exact time frame. We are always reliant on the shipping companies like UPS or USPS depending on what you selected.

Some of the shipping options we provide auto suggest INCORRECT shipping estimates at check out. We have no control over the way shopify presents that data and are still exploring options to fix those estimates it shows without our permission. If you have any question or have tight deadlines, PLEASE email or call us to make sure we think we can meet it. We take pride in trying to help meet the expectations of extended circumstances. We will always guide you to what we think is best to accomplish your time frames.

What Happens If My Package is not delivered to my address?

Time is of the essence and you need to contact us within 48 hours of the package being said it was delivered.  When customers contact us beyond this, we will always try but it significantly decreases the chance of a good outcome. Please confirm you entered your address in properly on that order and help us figure out where the issue is.

What if My Tracking number has stalled and is not updating?

Contact us ASAP! This could mean 1-2 things… either the package is lost or the driver just isn’t scanning it. We are usually able to determine what is going on very quickly and try to figure out a solution. If we determine it’s a scanning issue we may tell you to wait a day or two and reach back out to us. Make sure to follow up yourself as we ship thousands of packages and its up to the customer to follow through. We do our best but we are human and can forget. 

If we do have to open a shipping claim just try to relax and will handle it from there. We do everything in our power to fight for our customers. We will keep you posted and communicate with you what is going on. Its tough when places like USPS requires us to wait 4-6 weeks before we can file a claim so please be patient, we have seen packages show up out of nowhere plenty of times. We are just as frustrated as you are when a package doesn’t arrive quickly. We will work as quickly as possible to get a resolution to the order.

Do you refund shipping or cover theft of delivered packages?

We do not. You MUST ensure your order is shipping to a secure location and you are watching the tracking. We get charged for the shipment no matter what happens after we ship it. We HATE when someone pays for quicker shipping and the shipping companies drop the ball. If we are responsible for the delay and its ahead of our shipping cut off and we do not reach out, we will do something in this circumstance. We cover issues that we have control over.

Freight Forwarders?

                We do not ship to freight forwarders.

International Shipping?

                We do ship international and will be expanding this soon enough on our website. For now, it will not be an option so you will have to email us for a quote. International shipping is typically a minimum of $35+ no matter how small the order is. Just keep that in mind when asking as we will not ship it with just a stamp.
