Refund policy

Return Policy for Online Orders:
All items* sold from vetco.net include a 30 day warranty. Returns for non-defective, un-opened items are accepted within 30 days of shipping for a 15% restocking fee (waivable at managers discretion), excluding the items listed below in the * section. Items must be returned in the condition they were sold to you in. Sorry, opened, unwrapped or unraveled cables and cut bulk wire (wire and products sold by the foot) are non-returnable, no exceptions.

*Non-Refundable/Returnable Items Include:

• Tools
• Cut Wire
• By-the-foot Cut Items
• Test Equipment or Bench-top Equipment (including power supply units)
• Raspberry Pi & Micro-controllers
• Laptop Power Supplies
• Computer Products & SATA to USB converters
• All Surplus
• All items bought more than 30 days ago (date on receipt or web order)

***Any defective product or something that was in our control will be covered by Vetco within 30 days of date shown on receipt or order, HOWEVER, you must open communication with us within one week of receiving or leaving the retail store with your item. You MUST have the receipt and the item must be returned for inspection and validation of defect BEFORE refund or exchange will be considered. Vetco does not warranty any product past 30 days. We will do our best to make it right, but just keep in mind we have zero control over shipping delays.

How to Return an Item:

• Make Sure You Are Eligible! Email Us if you are not sure.
• Obtain an RMA number PRIOR to shipping us back the product. Email returns@vetco.net for instructions. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
• Follow instructions and follow up with us to make sure its complete. Until you receive an email saying you have been refunded, nothing has happened.
• Refunds
  Refunds are processed within one business day of receiving your returned items. Refunds are issued using the same payment method that was used to pay for your order. If you paid with a credit card, your refunded credit will usually appear within 7-10 business days, or on your next billing statement. If you paid with PayPal, your refunded credit will appear the same business day that we process your return. Orders paid by check or money order will be refunded by a company check sent by first class mail - your refund check will arrive within 7-10 business days.

***Keep in Mind that for all refunded products we DO NOT refund shipping price or processing fees. The total refund amount will be based off your subtotal or the parts only. Also Note there can be restocking fee that may apply up to 15%.

In-Store Purchase Refund Policy

• Must have Receipt within 30 days of purchase and all the above requirements apply. All refunds will be refunded the same way they were paid. Must be the same credit card used for refunds.
