Digital Delivery and Processing

Each Vetco gift card is emailed as a digital certificate to the email address used at checkout. Orders are typically processed and sent within 24 hours, excluding weekends, after-hours, and holidays.

All gift card purchases require manual review and approval by a Vetco employee. As a result, gift cards are not processed on weekends.

Security and Fraud Prevention

Gift cards are commonly targeted for fraud. Vetco Electronics reserves the right to review, cancel, or refund any gift card order that does not meet internal security requirements. If an order appears unusual, we may contact you for verification before processing.
