Note: These devices are temperature sensitive—do not store above +48°C (+120°F). Color band does not indicate temperature group. Electrical resistance is comparable to 18 gauge copper wire. A: After NTE’s closure, Vetco Electronics Semiconductors now supplies the same quality product under VET part numbers, using the same four-digit code. For example, VET8226 replaces NTE8226.

However, we were able to locate the company that NTE used to make these Thermal Cutoffs (All NTE did was relabel product and resell it). This means that you may order the NTE part, but we may ship different part numbers that are the original parts that match the NTE specifications. Certificates Of Conformity are available from us, upon request.
