Thermal Fuse 104°C - Reliable Overheat Protection for Appliances & Electronics

VET8103 Thermal Fuse for Safe Temperature Control

The VET8103 thermal fuse from Vetco Electronics Semiconductors is designed to protect your appliances and electronic devices from overheating. Sometimes known as a thermal cutoff (TCO), this compact, non-resettable device interrupts the circuit if the temperature exceeds its rated activation level—helping keep your home and devices safe.

What Does the VET8103 Thermal Fuse Do?

Thermal fuses like the VET8103 are perfect for use in everyday devices such as coffee makers, hair dryers, refrigerators, battery chargers, toasters, window fans, dishwashers, irons, electric motors, and many more. If excessive heat or faulty components threaten your device, the fuse safely and permanently opens the circuit, preventing potential fire or equipment damage.

Simple Replacement, Trusted Performance

Installing a VET8103 thermal fuse is easy—simply replace your old thermal cutoff to restore reliable temperature protection. No special tools are required, and our fuses are compatible with thousands of household and electronic products. Vetco Electronics Semiconductors ensures all models are UL, CSA, and VDE listed.

NOTICE 1: As you may or may not already know. NTE is officially out of business and we are unable to order parts from them ever again.

However, we were able to locate the company that NTE used to make these Thermal Cutoffs (All NTE did was relabel product and resell it). This means that you may order the NTE part, but we may ship different part numbers that are the original parts that match the NTE specifications. Certificates Of Conformity are available from us, upon request.

NOTICE 2: These no longer come with the un-insulated crimp butt connectors that NTE used to include with them. If you need them, we recommend either ordering SR-BUT-2N. If you have a special need for them, you can always email us for more information and we are always here to help.
