This Weather Proof Cigarette Lighter Socket is intended to mount through a hole in a panel or plate. It is rated for 20A at 12VDC or 24VDC. The connections on the back are .250" Quick Connect Terminals, or they can be soldered to directly with wire up to 14AWG. All contacts are nickel plated spring brass.
This connector has a weather-tight rubber cap that presses into the opening tightly to seal out rain and dust. Easy mounting with the included plastic wing nut. The long length of the threaded portion allows this jack to be mounted in a wide variety of panels and surfaces.
