Lap joint construction on the lid provides protection from dust and water infiltration and also enhances EMI/RFI shielding.
The lid is secured to the box with 6-32 x 1/2" philips head machine screws that mate with perfectly aligned, factory-tapped threaded holes.
This box comes with a smooth, burr-free finish and is ready to be put to use immediately. The box can be powdercoated if desired, or leave the attractive natural matte aluminum finish.
