This is an very standard size mini rocker switch.

It is DPST, On-Off-On. This switch is not spring loaded and will stay in any position you switch it to. It has a center off position and two side positions. You must solder to connect to this switch as spade terminals will not fit. If you solder, ensure you tin the contacts and wire and keep the heat off the switch as little as possible. You can damage this switch by exposing it to heat for too long.
