This POE Splitter / Power Extractor complements our VUPN7909 POE Injector, but it also works with any industry standard 802.3af compliant POE system.
This device should be placed at the "remote" end of your run, and supplies both wired Ethernet and power to your Wifi access point, IP camera, etc. The output power is switchable between 12VDC, 9VDC and 5VDC, and can supply currents of up to 1.0A (12VDC/9VDC) or 2.0A (5VDC). The power output jack is a 2.1mm DC coaxial barrel jack, and a short 2.1mm - 2.1mm DC power cable is included. Vetco carries a full selection of DC power plug adapters and cables that can be used to adapt to your device.
