3.5mm Stereo Plug - Metal
This 3.5mm Stereo Male Plug has been nickel plated for enhanced conductivity and corrosion resistance. It has an attractive spring-steel strain relief that fits cable up to 4.25mm in diameter (0.16", slightly larger than 1/8"). Without the strain relief, the connector can accommodate cable up to 6.5mm in diameter (0.25" or 1/4").
The knurled body unscrews to reveal 3 solder tabs, one each for Stereo Left, Stereo Right and Ground. The solder tabs will accept wire up to 22AWG. A plastic insulating sleeve is included to prevent shorts against the connector body.
