BA6286 - Single H-Bridge Motor Driver 15V 1A
This H-Bridge motor driver handles 1 amp at up to 15 volts. The op-amp style output provides linear output regulation, adjustable with the Vref pin. The output can be set to a high-impedance off state by driving both inputs low.
This chip is in a single-row package on 0.1 inch centers and is very breadboard friendly. A metal tab on the top serves as both a standalone heatsink for low-current applications or as an excellent heatsink mounting surface for more demanding loads.
