Need enterprise class equipment for your office or home? Need great speeds from your network? These Dell PowerConnect 6248 are the same switch we use here at Vetco. They are reliable and very fast. Supporting 1Gbps on all 48 ports with 4 SFP ports for switch uplinking.
This switch does NOT support PoE. Though PoE enabled devices can be plugged into it. It does not (in most cases) come with the stack uplink module or door cover for it.
Comes with:
-Rack ears
-Power cable
-Serial cable
We cant help you configure the switch for your network. Accessing the switch VIA serial is advanced stuff we can not help with. The switches come wiped to default config, ready for your basic network routing. You can configure them for much more advanced operation.
