This is a simple HDMI audio extractor that lets you take the digital audio signal out from an HDIM source and turn it into either SPDIF or analog audio in 3.5mm.

This is great if you have a xbox hooked into a computer monitor or TV without speakers. Then you can use an external sound bar or set of powered speakers with this to have sound!

This REQUIRES power and comes with a USB cable. You may want to get a phone charger or use a USB port on your TV or game console to power this unit. It will NOT function without power.

This unit may not support decoding Dolby or other digital audio formats. Please research before buying.
