This connector is a "3 Piece" design, meaning the center pin needs to be soldered on to the center conductor of the coax and then the connector is crimped on to the coax using the included ferrule for LMR-400. A small cap covers the center pin solder connection. The center pin is fixed and cannot be removed from the connector.
Reverse Polarity TNC Male connectors have a standard body, but a female socket normally found on standard TNC female connectors.
Quality nickel plated with knurled grips. Gold plated brass or copper conductors.
