Panel Mount Snap-In IEC C14 Male Socket
This is a snap-in panel mounted IEC Male Socket often used in equipment chassis and power supplies. Mounts in a rectangular hole (see dimensions below).

The 3 terminals are .250" male quick connects, however, wires can be soldered to these connections, or a female quick connect will mate to the terminal.
