PLEASE NOTE: To transmit with this radio, you MUST have an FCC license. Its up to you to ensure you don't violate Federal, State and Local law with these radios. Misuse would constitute a serious offense. We recommend reading up on licensed radio use at the FCC's website HERE. However, you are perfectly free to use this radio to LISTEN without a license. You may also use it if your company has a registered frequency for company use.
