Service fee:
Purchase orders under $100 may be charged a service fee of up to $25 at Vetco's discretion.
Shipping:
Purchase Orders submitted before 1PM Pacific usually ship the same business day.
Shipping charges for UPS GROUND shipping will be added unless specific instructions are received (Ex: bill charges to your UPS account or ship UPS 2-Day, etc.).

Vendor Information Forms: If your company requires a vendor information form to be filled out,
please email the form to
PO@VETCO.NET. We will do our best to return a completed form to you in a timely manner.
Quotations: The pricing you see on our website is the pricing you will receive on your order.
Shipping charges can be calculated by placing the items in your shopping cart and entering your zip code.
Requests for official quotations should be submitted to
PO@VETCO.NET. Vetco will honor the pricing in the quotation for the time period listed in the quote.

We require you to enter your contact information, billing and shipping addresses into our website before sending your PO.
